y99o Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the y99o platform — including the website, mobile app, betting section, casino games, bingo and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of y99o after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and y99o regarding your use of the platform. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together make up the full set of rules governing your relationship with y99o.

2 Eligibility

To register and use y99o you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of another person.
• You must not already have a y99o account that was previously suspended or terminated for rule violations.

y99o reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the account being restricted or closed.

3 Your Account

Each individual may hold only one y99o account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. This includes your mobile number, which is used for account verification and payment processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that your account was accessed by a third party without your consent after reporting it to y99o support without delay.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including people you trust.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Log out of y99o when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

y99o will never contact you asking for your password. Any message claiming to be from y99o that requests your password is fraudulent and should be reported.

4 Deposits

All deposits on y99o are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Funds deposited to y99o may only be used for gaming activity on the platform. You may not deposit funds without intending to use them for gaming — accounts used only to move money in and out without genuine gaming activity may be flagged for review.

• Deposits must come from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — from another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — are not permitted.
• y99o is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider on deposit transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your y99o balance once confirmed by the payment network.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method type used for deposit where possible, or to a verified method registered in the account holder's name. y99o does not charge fees on withdrawals from its side, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method — displayed at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes shown in the Withdrawal section.
• y99o may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or terms violation, y99o may delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

If a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe and the status in your dashboard shows completed, please contact support with your transaction reference for assistance.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on y99o are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. The exception is if a match or event is abandoned before the relevant bet market closes, in which case the applicable rules for that market will determine whether the bet is voided or settled on a partial result.

• Betting markets and casino games are available subject to event availability and platform maintenance windows.
• Odds on y99o are subject to change up to the point a bet is placed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• y99o reserves the right to void bets where there has been a clear and obvious error in odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play betting markets close at various points during a live event. Bets placed after a key event (a wicket falling, a goal being scored) but before the market updates may be voided at y99o's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are visible in the bet slip before confirmation.

Casino games, slots, live casino and bingo operate using random number generation or certified live game technology. All outcomes are determined fairly. The house edge — the statistical advantage built into each game — means that over a long run the platform retains a percentage of all wagers. This does not mean individual sessions cannot result in wins, but it does mean gaming should not be viewed as a reliable income source.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

y99o may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms that are communicated when the bonus is offered. These typically include wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements and expiry dates.

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after meeting the qualifying criteria stated in the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — is a violation of these terms.
• y99o reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or disqualify a user from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y99o and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, with balances potentially forfeited:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using false or another person's identity to register.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of casino games or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform in any way.
• Facilitating access to the platform for anyone under 18.

y99o monitors account activity continuously. Accounts that display patterns consistent with any of the above may be suspended immediately pending investigation without prior notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

y99o is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair and not harmful. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes. If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts feeling like a compulsion or a financial solution, it is important to step back.

The following tools are available to all y99o users from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently disable your account to take a break from gaming.
• Transaction history — a full record of deposits, withdrawals and gaming activity for your review.

10 Account Termination

You may close your y99o account at any time by contacting support. Any settled balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

y99o may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Disputed balances may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

y99o provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and a consistent experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible.

• y99o is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues or delays in bet placement due to network problems on the user's side.
• y99o is not liable for losses resulting from the user's own decisions regarding betting stakes, game selections or bonus usage.
• In no event will y99o's liability to any user exceed the total amount that user has deposited in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy

y99o collects and processes user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

y99o does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks) is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.

13 Changes to These Terms

y99o may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via the contact information held on their account.

Continued use of y99o after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
